Our services are intended for parents, guardians, and caregivers booking play sessions or parties on behalf of children. You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation or purchase through this website.

3. Services

Ozone Indoor Playground & Party Station provides indoor play sessions, party packages, and light food and beverage sales. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Payments & Deposits

• Party bookings require a non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation.

• Final balances must be paid prior to the start of the event.

• All food, admissions, and retail sales are final and non-refundable.

• Accepted forms of payment are those listed on our website and may change at our discretion.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

6. Rules of Conduct

All guests must comply with posted facility rules, including but not limited to:

• No shoes in play areas (socks required).

• No outside food or drink unless otherwise approved for parties.

• Supervision required: Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times.

Violation of rules may result in removal from the facility without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, are the property of Ozone Indoor Playground & Party Station, LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

8. Liability Waiver

Use of our facilities is at your own risk. Parents/guardians must sign our Customer Liability Waiver before entry. The waiver outlines assumption of risk and release of liability.
